Elementvape Refund/Return Policy

We have a 15 day return policy.

Please request a refund, by sending us an email, to initiate a return request. Please provide as much information as possible, including order number, full name, Address, Phone number and reason for return. Please note, that we may ask you, Send us photos and/or a video of the damaged or defective goods by email, before we send the items back. We can also provide you with troubleshooting steps, because this is required, to speed up the return process and help you, Avoid return processing fees.

If the return is approved, You will receive further instructions on how to return the items to us. Any refund, Credit or replacement will be issued, once the return has been received and processed.

Article, that have cosmetic damage from the manufacturer, Problems with consumables, defective upon arrival (DOA) and missing or incorrect items must be returned within 48 Reported hours after delivery!

Consumables:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of consumable items, that have been opened or used. Include consumables, but are not limited to, E-Liquids, Wash, Pods, Cartridges, Disposable items and batteries. Redelivery is not possible for consumable items.

A processing fee of 15 % may be charged for returns, if:

1. Returns are opened and/or not defective.

2. Returns show signs of physical damage or user error, that could have caused the defect.

3. Returns, that were not cleaned and emptied before return.

4. The reason for the defect is not present when evaluating the return or can be resolved with simple troubleshooting steps.

Return shipping costs:

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items. All shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Promotion conditions:
Promotional items are listed as finally sold. If the promotional item is deemed defective, we will only issue a refund or credit equal to the amount paid for the items. Promotional items will not be replaced.

Rejected orders:
If the customer or the carrier rejected the packages for any reasons, the shipping costs will not be refunded. If your order was free shipping, Our shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

If we have already started processing your order and you still want to cancel it, We will charge you a cancellation fee of 20 % the canceled order.

If we have already completed your vaping and you insist, to cancel the order, we calculate 50 % the fee.

Otherwise, we have not just completed your e-cigarette, but also shipped, then the order will not be canceled, Please understand.

Refund process:
Refunds can only be made on the original payment (Credit card, Debit card) or as a credit. Elementvape is not responsible for refunds to a prepaid card or a canceled credit card, if the cardholder no longer has it.

We check all information on our website very carefully. However, errors may occasionally occur or manufacturers may update information, which are not known to us. We reserve the right, to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for typographical errors.
